Refund policy
We stand by the quality of our products. However if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund.
Our Returns service is FREE of charge.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return an item must be unused, in the condition it was received, and in its original packaging.
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
Just a few simple steps to return your product:
- Click on the 'Start My Return' button below to access our easy-to-follow Return Portal
- Confirm your Email Address and Order Number (this can be found within your Order Confirmation Email)
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the item(s) to be returned
- We will email you within 2 working days and provide you with a pre-paid Return Label
- Re-pack your item(s), seal the parcel securely, apply the Returns Label, and drop off at your local drop point
- Upon receipt of your item(s), we will refund you to your original payment method within 2 working days
When returning items, please consider the following:
Packaging: Please fold neatly back into the original undamaged packaging. Any of items received with missing or damaged packaging will incur a 20% reduction to the value of the affected item(s).
Multi Pack Dust Bags (not Bundles or Sets): Can only be returned in full - Part multi-packs of Dust Bags can not be returned. If a part multi-pack is returned it can not be refunded or returned back to you. Your refund will incur a 100% reduction to the value of the affected item(s).
Items declared in your 'Return Request': Any items declared as 'being returned' yet not received can not be refunded. Your refund will incur a 100% reduction to the value of any such item(s).
Undeclared items found within your returned parcel: Any items not declared as 'being returned' yet received will be refunded. If the unexpected item is found in-place of an expected item, the difference in retail value will be taken into account and the adjusted value applied to your refund.
