- Orders are usually processed the same business day if placed by 12pm Eastern. This excludes weekends, as well as public holidays
Shipping Costs & Timing
- During our launch period we're providing Free 2 Day shipping on all orders
- We ship via FedEx 2 Day to deliver to the continental US within 2 days of shipping from our warehouse
Exceptions
- If shipping to a P.O. Box or military APO, your order will be sent via USPS
- We are currently unable to ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
- Yes, we ship to both states for $25 per order
Does Hayden Hill ship Internationally
- At this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States

Returns
We stand by the quality of our products. However if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.
Our Returns service is FREE of charge.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return an item must be unused, in the condition it was received, and in its original packaging.
At this time we do not offer exchanges.

- Confirm your Email Address and Order Number (this can be found within your Order Confirmation Email)
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the item(s) to be returned and press 'Submit' to send your request to our team
- We will email you within 2 working days and provide you with a pre-paid Return Label
- Re-pack your item(s), seal the parcel securely, apply the Returns Label, and drop off at your local drop point
- Upon receipt of your item(s), we will refund you to your original payment method within 2 working days
